1 Introduction & Legal Entity

Throughout these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the terms "Morfuel", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Morfuel India Pvt Ltd. The term "you", "customer", or "user" refers to any visitor, browser, or buyer accessing our site or purchasing our products.

By browsing our website, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the site immediately.

2 Product Pricing, GST & Invoicing

We believe in 100% pricing transparency for our customers:

• GST Inclusive: All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Price Updates: Morfuel reserves the right to modify retail prices, promotional offers, and pack configurations at any time without prior notice. However, verified orders that have already been paid and confirmed will not be affected by subsequent price adjustments.
• Tax Invoicing: A digital GST tax invoice is generated for every order and delivered electronically to your registered email upon dispatch.

3 Order Acceptance, Fraud Detection & Order Cancellations

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Morfuel reserves the right to decline, cancel, or restrict quantities on any order at any time at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Fraudulent Activity or Payment Risk: Any transaction flagged by our payment gateway fraud detection engines or identified as suspect.
• Stock-Outs or Supply Disruptions: Unforeseen inventory depletion or batch quality quarantines prior to dispatch.
• Coupon Stacking & Unauthorized Discount Abuse: Coupon stacking, automated bot purchases, or exploitation of promotional code vulnerabilities. Only one valid promo code may be redeemed per order.
• Incorrect Details: Incomplete, fictitious, or unserviceable delivery addresses or contact details provided by the customer.

If your order is cancelled by Morfuel after your payment has been successfully debited, the complete transaction amount will be refunded back to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

Customer Cancellations: Customers may cancel an order strictly before it is dispatched from our facility. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

4 Monthly Fuel Box Subscription Terms

Morfuel offers a recurring subscription service ("Monthly Fuel Box") allowing customers to receive regular shipments of high-protein breakfast sachets on an automated monthly schedule:

• Auto-Renewal Consent: By enrolling in a subscription, you explicitly authorize Morfuel (and our authorized payment processing partners) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly billing date at the prevailing subscription rate until you pause or cancel.
• Billing & Shipping Date: Subscription boxes ship on the same date each month as your original initial order. Subscribers can request a change to their monthly billing/shipping date before the next billing cycle begins.
• Pause & Cancellation: You have complete flexibility to pause or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the start of the next billing cycle through the subscription management portal or by reaching out to support.
• Non-Refundable Debits: Payments already processed for an upcoming monthly cycle are non-refundable once billed, unless the delivered product qualifies under our Return & Exchange Policy (e.g. damaged, wrong, or expired product).
• Failed Payments: If an automated subscription debit fails, Morfuel may re-attempt the charge over subsequent days. If payment continues to fail, Morfuel reserves the right to pause or terminate the subscription.

5 Health Disclaimer, Allergen Information & Storage

Shelf Life & Storage Instructions

• Shelf Life: The shelf life and "Best Before" date is explicitly printed on the back of each individual sachet and outer box. Do not consume past the printed date.
• Storage: Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. Keep unopened sachets sealed and store opened containers tightly closed in airtight conditions.

6 User Reviews, Photos, UGC & Intellectual Property

Customer Reviews, Photos & Social Content: Morfuel may use customer reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, and social media reels for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes across our website and social channels where the customer has voluntarily submitted them or provided the required consent or permission.

Intellectual Property Rights:

All website text, packaging illustrations, graphics, photographs, slogans (including "India's 60-Second High-Protein Breakfast" and "Fuel Your Morning. Skip Nothing."), user interfaces, and software code are the exclusive property of Morfuel India Pvt Ltd and protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7 Limitation of Liability & Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• Morfuel India Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the use of our website or the consumption of our products.
• Strict Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Morfuel's total aggregate liability relating to any product, service, or order will be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific order.

8 Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Severability

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder shall remain valid and binding.
